K SPORTS reserves the right to determine, amend, add to, delete from or vary the schedules, rates, terms and conditions without prior notice.

By submitting forms on the website, individuals agree that all information provided to K SPORTS for the purpose of registering and participating in K SPORTS activities, is true, correct and accurate.

Participants of K SPORTS activities understand that photo/videos taken during the activities may be used for marketing purposes.

K SPORTS Membership is open to all residents of Singapore, regardless of nationality, age and gender etc.

K SPORTS Membership runs on a fixed annual basis, i.e. membership term will be from date of registration at any point during a given year to 31st December of that year.

Membership fees will not be pro-rated and is not refundable under any circumstances.

While K SPORTS will strive its best to communicate any changes to the membership rates/benefits/discounts/partner deals, K SPORTS reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

While partner establishments reserves the right to alter the benefits provided to K SPORTS members without prior notice, K SPORTS will strive its best to communicate the changes to members beforehand whenever possible.

In consideration of consenting to participate in activities conducted by K SPORTS, participants hereby agree as follows:

1. I am in good physical and mental health and physically capable of participating in K SPORTS activities, and I warrant that I have not been certified and/or advised otherwise by any qualified medical practitioner;

2. I authorise K SPORTS and anyone on behalf of K SPORTS to procure paramedics, other medical personnel or practitioners to administer first aid, medical treatment, surgery and/or transportation in the event of illness, accident or injury suffered and/or sustained by me at any time during my participation in K SPORTS activities, and hereby fully indemnify K SPORTS from and against all claims, liabilities, demands, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature incurred and/or suffered arising from the procurement and administration of such medical treatment and transportation;

3. I acknowledge and assume additional risks and dangers that may result in property damage, physical injury and/or death, including but not limited to: falling; slipping; tripping; loss of balance; or collision arising from but not limited to: any weather conditions; varying visibility; unmaintained or obstructed trails and paths; participant or another acting in a negligent manner/failier to comply with rules and regulations and signage that may cause and/or contribute to the injury of another; limited access to and/or delay of medical attention; participant's health condition; fatigue; dehydration; hypothermia; and mental distress etc;

4. K SPORTS reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify me from participation of all activities if I am in breach of any of the rules and regulations, warranties, representations and/or undertakings set out in this agreement and in the event of such disqualification, I shall not be entitled to any compensation of any nature whatsoever from K SPORTS;

5. I release, hold harmless, protect, indemnify and forever discharge K SPORTS Pte Ltd (including its employees and representatives) from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether direct or consequential, suffered and/or incurred by them arising from any breach by me and/or through my participation at K SPORTS.

6. I authorise K SPORTS to use my personal information for the purpose of assisting the Singapore Government Authorities in Legal, Medical and all other official proceedings.
